The challenges of corporate event management
Corporate events demand professionalism, data control, and brand consistency that consumer platforms cannot deliver.
Invoice Billing Needs
Corporate clients expect invoices, purchase orders, and billing to a company account. Card-only platforms make it impossible to accommodate enterprise purchasing workflows.
Attendee Data Export
After every corporate event, organisers need detailed attendee lists for follow-ups, lead scoring, and compliance. Most platforms lock your data behind their ecosystem.
Branding Requirements
Third-party logos on your conference registration page undermine your brand. Corporate clients expect a seamless, branded experience from registration to check-in.
How TicketWave solves each one
Generate unique promo codes for each sponsor, partner, or department. Codes can offer discounted or free access with tracked usage. Pair with offline invoicing for enterprise billing workflows.
Export all attendee data (names, emails, ticket types, check-in times, add-on selections) as CSV files at any time. Your data belongs to you, not to the platform.
Your registration page, confirmation emails, and check-in screens carry your company's logo, colours, and domain. No third-party branding anywhere in the customer journey.
“The white-label booking page meant our conference registration looked entirely on-brand. No third-party logos anywhere.”
Features built for corporate events
White-Label
Your logo, your colours, your domain. The entire attendee experience is on-brand. No third-party logos or marketplace distractions.
CSV Export
Export orders, attendees, check-in data, and add-on selections as CSV files. Import into your CRM, email tools, or reporting systems instantly.
Promo Codes for Sponsors/Partners
Generate unique codes for each sponsor or partner organisation. Track usage per code, set hard redemption limits, and offer tiered access.
Team Roles
Invite your event team with appropriate permissions: admins for full control, managers for event operations, and registration desk staff for check-in only.
Data Ownership
All attendee data belongs to your organisation. Export it anytime, delete it when required, and rest assured it is never sold or shared with third parties.
Frequently asked questions
Can we invoice instead of card payment?
TicketWave processes payments via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). For corporate clients who need invoice billing, you can generate free-access promo codes and handle invoicing through your standard accounts payable process. The attendee registers with the code, and you bill the company separately.
Can we export all attendee data?
Yes. From the dashboard, export all orders, attendee details, ticket types, check-in timestamps, and add-on selections as CSV files at any time. Your data belongs to your organisation. There is no lock-in and no export restrictions.
Is the platform GDPR compliant?
Yes. TicketWave is built with privacy-by-design principles. Customer data is collected only as needed for ticket delivery, stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit, and can be exported or deleted on request. We never sell or share attendee data with third parties.
Can we use our own domain for the registration page?
On Professional plans and above, you can connect a custom domain so your registration page lives at something like register.yourcompany.com. Attendees stay on your brand throughout the entire journey.
